Updated Provider Manual and Fee Schedule Effective January 2, 2020

Updates include space maintainer related CDT changes and other miscellaneous policy changes and advisories. You can view more information in the "Revision History" section of the manual. Additionally, the Arkansas Medicaid and CHIP Dental Fee Schedule has been updated and will go into effect January 2, 2020.
