Resuming Elective Dental Services

In accordance with the Arkansas Department of Health Directive on Resuming Elective Dental Services Phase II, effective June 15, 2020, dental procedures can resume if dental health care professionals fully adhere to the revised ADH Guidelines, subject to the terms of the directive. HHS CARES Act

On June 9, 2020, the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) announced that they will move forward with the addition of support specific to Medicaid and CHIP program providers to be considered for financial assistance. Updated Provider Manual and Fee Schedule Effective January 2, 2020

A new version of the Arkansas Provider Manual will go into effect January 2, 2020. To download a preview copy of the new manual, go to http://manuals.mcna.net/arkansas?v=1.9. Updates include space maintainer related CDT changes and other miscellaneous policy changes and advisories. You can view more information in the "Revision History" section of the manual. The current Arkansas Provider Manual is always accessible at http://manuals.mcna.net/arkansas.
Additionally, the Arkansas Medicaid and CHIP Dental Fee Schedule has been updated and will go into effect January 2, 2020.
